IMPORTANT: Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using Ohio Sugar Connections, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Ohio Sugar Connections (“Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Ohio Sugar Connections is a matchmaking and introduction service that facilitates connections between consenting adults seeking mutually beneficial companionship arrangements. We are an introduction service only and do not arrange, facilitate, or participate in any private arrangements between members.

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using the services under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Comply with all terms and conditions

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current

You agree NOT to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Violate any laws regarding prostitution or sex trafficking
  • Use the service for any commercial solicitation
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with providing our services.

OHIO SUGAR CONNECTIONS DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS, IDENTITY VERIFICATION, OR ANY SCREENING OF USERS.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE IDENTITY, INTENTIONS, LEGITIMACY, OR SAFETY OF ANY USER.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. USE CAUTION AND GOOD JUDGMENT.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
  • SECURITY OF THE SERVICE
  • COMPATIBILITY WITH OR CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS, MATCHES, OR OUTCOMES FROM USING OUR SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • OHIO SUGAR CONNECTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
  • ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF OTHER USERS
  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ohio Sugar Connections, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another
  • Your interactions with other users

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE:

Ohio Sugar Connections facilitates introductions between consenting adults for companionship. Any financial arrangements, gifts, or support exchanged between members are:

  • Voluntary and mutually agreed upon
  • Not facilitated, arranged, or endorsed by us
  • The sole responsibility of the individuals involved
  • Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

We strictly prohibit any illegal activity including prostitution, sex trafficking, or exchanges that violate law. Users engaging in illegal activities will be permanently banned and reported to authorities.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Your own safety when meeting other users
  • Verifying the identity of other users
  • Meeting in public places initially
  • Informing someone of your whereabouts
  • Never sharing financial information prematurely
  • Reporting suspicious or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected illegal activity
  • Fraudulent or deceptive conduct
  • Complaints from other users
  • Inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases, and we may delete your data.

If applicable:

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Prices may change with notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the service are owned by Ohio Sugar Connections or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, except as provided by law. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ohio.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ohio Sugar Connections regarding use of the service.
